庞大而不实际的建筑物
亚庇除了Wisma Merdeka,Center Point两购物中心人流量较高,其次Complex Karamansing外其他的大厦都很都很差,业主投资都被套死,不是租不出,就是难收租! 要痴痴地挨了!
